Suitable for intermediate level skiers.

Join Fay and Rachel for a pre-season tune up on this ladies only trip. Develop your ski skills, drink coffee, eat delicious Italian food and of course après Prosecco is always a must!

Women-specific tuition, bringing woman together to share the love of the mountains. Get a deeper understanding of your technique with video analysis and move off of that plateau. Improve your existing skills and develop new techniques in a supportive environment at the same time as having a wonderful time in Italy!

Cervina Tune Up Week

Tune into your skiing in November to make the most of your winter! Join Alpineitaly in Cervinia for a week of ski development. Suitable for intermediate and advanced skiers who want to learn the fundamentals and make changes to their skiing. Ice Climbing in Chamonix

3 day workshop suitable for beginners & intermediates with Chamonix Experience

Available from December to February.

Are you looking for something new and exciting to learn on your next winter vacation? Although Skiing or Snowboarding are the most popular activities, alpine destinations have so much more on offer. Why not try your hand at something different and sign up for an 'Ice Climbing workshop'. This 3 day course is a great opportunity for those who have never climbed on ice before or have ice climbing experience but want to refresh their technique and learn new skills.

During the course you will learn how to improve your balance and body position, how to anchor your ice axes and crampons as accurately as possible. Safety procedures, learn the use of ice screws and different systems of protection, as well as abseiling & belay techniques on ice.

5 day off piste course

Introduction to 'off piste' skiing with Chamonix Experience. Available from 15th January 2018.

Chamonix is the perfect place to make the transition from skiing on-piste to skiing off-piste and experience the full-on freeride fun. With your Chamex ski guide, you'll improve your backcountry skiing technique and receive an introduction to the skills needed to negotiate all-mountain terrain.

During this course video analysis will be used to help you focus on areas where you need to improve your skiing. The goal is for you to leave this course with a sense of achievement as well as memories of a great backcountry ski week.

5 day introduction to ski touring course

With Chamonix Experience Available from 15th January 2018.

Ski touring is the key to discovering all the secrets of the Mont Blanc Massif. With the right equipment and skills, no peak, hidden valley or remote mountain pass is out of reach!

This 5 day course will provide a thorough grounding in the skills needed for ski touring in a high mountain environments. You will ski some of the most famous Chamonix classic ski tours such as 'Col du Tour Noir', 'Crochues Berard', 'Col du Passon' or 'Col du Belvedere'. The nature reserve of the 'Aiguilles Rouges' is renowned for its excellent ski touring terrain, and you've a good chance of encountering typical Alpine wildlife such as bouquetin (ibex) or the famous but timid chamois.

Cross Country Skiing

Private lessons with Ecole du Ski Chamonix available throughout the winter season, for all levels!

If you want to try a new discipline then why not choose Cross Country skiing, ideal for children, teenagers or adults whatever your level. ESF in Chamonix offers tailored courses in Nordic skiing (cross country). You will find peace through the snowy forests and quiet walks on the untouched slopes of the valley. Cross country skiing will give you the sense of freedom away from the hustle & bustle of the crowded slopes.

Mornings 08:45-12:00, Afternoons 13:00 - 16:30, Full day 08:45-16:30

Snowboarding workshops:

Beginner Snowboarding workshop with Evolution 2 available throughout the winter season.

Have you been skiing for years and fancy trying your hand at snowboarding? This workshop is for first time boarders who have never been on a board before. With super friendly instructors who are calm and patient. You will be sure to complete this course with a sense of achievement and a new skill to show off! You will be surfing snow in no time!

135€ for three day course - 2.5 hours per day, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:30-14:00.

Freestyler Clinic

With Evolution 2 available throughout the winter season.

Do you want to learn tricks and perform jumps? Learn all the freestyle basics like riding on a flat base, riding switch and lots of flat land tricks. This clinic concentrates on board control and giving you confidence. Once you have cracked this your instructor will introduce you to riding small features, whilst building on your flat land skills, learning more jumps. Then you are ready to hit the board park!

69€ for 4 HOURS, available any day from 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00

For the Kids:

Jump, Turn, Twist & Fly! Freestyle workshops with Ecole du Ski Chamonix from 8 years old. Available during Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Do your children already consider themselves a freestyler! ESF's specialist instructors will teach them the techniques to achieve their first tricks (360, grab, faky etc..)! Freestyle is a discipline for those in search of thrills. Ideal for young skiers who are bored with downhill skiing and are looking for a fun filled week with other children.

230€ for 5 lessons or 55€ for 1 lesson. Monday to Friday 13:30 - 16:45

The Off-Piste Adventure

Backcountry / Freeride lessons with Ecole du Ski Chamonix. Age 13-18 years. Available during Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

'Backcountry Skiing' is skiing freeride in search of the most beautiful slopes and the best snow. Make your own tracks in perfect snow and enjoy the stunning mountain views. Both challenging and technically enhancing, these lessons are thrilling and adventurous, both on and off-piste!

A good level of skiing ability is required.

350€ for six full days, 72€ for one day - Full days 09:30-16:30
